Prince Harry Says He Can’t Wait to See His Brother Suffer More

After the news broke of Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton’s second pregnancy, one royal was particularly enthusiastic — her brother-in-law Prince Harry. The redheaded royal, 29, spoke to the media at the Invictus Games in London on Monday, Sept. 8 about his brother; Prince William’s big announcement.

“It’s very exciting news,” he said. “[George] will be over the moon.”

The younger son of the late Princess Diana and Prince Charles will now be moved to fifth in line to the British throne, with William and Middleton’s second child taking the fourth spot behind Prince George, 13 months. When that was mentioned to Harry, he laughed, replying, “Great!”

The second-time uncle-to-be also poked fun at his older brother, joking, “I can’t wait to see my brother suffer more. If it’s a girl, he’ll suffer even more. I’d love to see him try and cope with that.”

As for his sister-in-law, Harry is much more sympathetic to the Duchess’ currently challenging pregnancy. Middleton is once again suffering from acute morning sickness, which she experienced during her first pregnancy.
